Job Summary
Lead the store team in upholding an inclusive culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences through body positivity and authentic product knowledge. Partner with Store Leaders to achieve KPI targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and drive accountability across sales and operational objectives. Provide training and immediate feedback on customer service models, performance expectations, and global compliance standards. Serve as a primary resource for product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining personal performance targets. Work flexible hours based on business needs to support the growth of our first IRL retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in high volume retail environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead through ambiguity while leading multiple initiatives
- Tech-savvy or strong comfort around technology
- An organizational powerhouse with a strong sense of urgency
- Stellar time management skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks
- Flexibility with your schedule
- Your work hours will be based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Retail Experience: 1-2 years in high volume retail environment a plus
