Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Organize back stock rotation, ensure proper tagging and coding, and uphold signage and recovery standards. Communicate priorities with management, address shrink reduction goals, and maintain compliance with labor laws and safety protocols. Requires 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience; flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay $14.25 to $14.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
