Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, manage on-duty leadership, and address immediate customer service issues while coaching associates. Ensure store team adherence to operational procedures, labor laws, and safety guidelines. Prioritize tasks based on store needs, execute shrink reduction goals, and partner with management on training. Maintain accurate associate coverage and provide progress updates to leadership. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends; starting pay $15.50 to $16.00 per hour. One year retail and six months leadership experience required.
