Retail Full time Department Merchandise Coordinator

Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models exceptional customer service, trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles, tags and codes merchandise, manages back stock, communicates priorities with management, coaches productivity, and supports store shrink reduction and safety programs. Requires ability to lift heavy objects and work with flexibility to accommodate nights and weekends; emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in communication, and adherence to labor laws and store policies.
