Job Summary
Lead front-end operations and omnichannel processes in a Michaels retail store; manage and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve store KPIs, participate in performance management and talent development, serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), assist with cash handling, shrink and safety programs, and support store framing responsibilities where applicable; coordinate onboarding of new Team Members, train and develop staff, and ensure adherence to SOPs and company programs while delivering a customer-centric shopping experience.
