Job Summary
Team member in Nordstrom Rack at Hamilton Town Center participating in Sales, Customer Service, Stock and Fulfillment. Responsibilities include assisting customers at POS with transactions across in-store/online/mobile platforms, maintaining a clean, clutter-free sales floor and stockrooms, aiding fitting rooms, ensuring merchandise is checked-in and properly ticketed, supporting stock replenishment and shipment processing, and following store standards and asset protection guidelines. Emphasis on collaboration with teammates, merchandising and re-merchandising, and delivering a smooth customer experience across multiple channels.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience preferred
- Customer service skills
- Ability to carry/move items up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work in different store areas
- Strong communication and teamwork
