Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- Excellent communication with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to understand and resolve customer issues professionally
- Comfortable working on the sales floor and in back-of-house Fulfillment activities (receiving merchandise, tagging items, restocking, order fulfillment)
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfort with using computers and point-of-sale equipment
