Job Summary
Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience. Monitor alerts for Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders, retrieving items from back-of-house storage and delivering them curbside during peak times. Select merchandise from the selling floor, apply packing policies, and process shippable returns or abandoned in-store pickup orders. Assist other teams with unloading and processing new merchandise based on type, size, or category. Work with colleagues to achieve department goals, maintain a positive environment, and communicate effectively with diverse groups. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; involves lifting 50 lbs, standing for two consecutive hours, and using handheld technology.
