Retail Fulfillment Associate, Metro Center - Downtown - Part Time

Fulfillment Colleague at Macy’s works to support a seamless omni-channel shopping experience by assisting with Ready on Time Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders, picking and packing merchandise from the selling floor, processing returns and curbside pickups, assisting with unloading and processing new merchandise, and collaborating with team members to achieve department goals. The role requires flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong customer service, the ability to use electronic devices and handheld equipment, and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and climb ladders as part of essential physical requirements.
