Job Summary
Greet customers with genuine hospitality, resolve issues professionally, and ensure smooth interactions during floor engagement, curbside pickups, and order fulfillment. Select merchandise, pack and ship online orders with care, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup processes. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting needed moves. Review daily goals, learn about new products and promotions, and finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits and organizing the stockroom. This part-time role (12-24 hours/week) includes weekend shifts and requires lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for two consecutive hours, and using handheld technology. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
