Job Summary
Greet customers with genuine hospitality, resolve issues professionally, and ensure smooth interactions during sales floor engagement, curbside pickups, and order fulfillment. Select merchandise, pack and ship online orders, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup processes. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting needed merchandise moves. Review daily goals, learn about new products and promotions, and prepare the store for success. Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and organizing the stockroom. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week, including weekend shifts, with hours dependent on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
