Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague responsible for receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing, processing trailers, retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, and delivering them curbside to customers; monitor Ready on Time for Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders; maintain stockroom and sales floor for smooth operations; greet customers, resolve issues, and provide courteous curbside service; contribute to achieving sales goals and a positive store experience through teamwork, attention to detail, and hospitality.
