Job Summary
Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague at Macy's Pearland location responsible for receiving and organizing merchandise, stockroom maintenance, picking/packing, processing trailers, and delivering curbside orders. Supports Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) readiness, helps keep inventory accurate, and ensures smooth customer experiences through warm interactions and teamwork. Role involves stocking, tagging, restocking merchandise, updating signs/pricing, assisting customers, and meeting daily sales goals. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work as part of a team and independently as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Capability to perform inventory-related tasks and operate POS/handheld devices
