Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague (Back of House) at Macy’s Eastwood Mall: responsible for receiving and organizing merchandise, stockroom maintenance, order picking/packing, processing trailers, and curbside delivery. Supports Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) readiness, maintains inventory accuracy, and assists customers with greetings, issue resolution, and curbside order fulfillment. Focused on helping store operations run smoothly, achieving sales goals, and delivering excellent customer experiences through teamwork, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
