Job Summary
Receiving Colleague (Back of House) at Macy's Arden Fair, part-time role focused on receiving merchandise, organizing stockroom, order picking/packing, curbside delivery, and supporting Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) operations. Responsible for inventory accuracy, restocking, signage/pricing updates, and helping customers with friendly, low-friction service. Emphasis on teamwork, meeting daily sales goals, and maintaining a well-organized stockroom and floor to ensure smooth store operations. Requires ability to stand/move for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work a schedule that includes weekends. Emphasizes customer interactions, hospitality, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver strong store results.
