Job Summary
Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague supports store operations by receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise; performs picking, packing, trailer processing, and curbside order delivery (BOPS readiness) to ensure inventory accuracy and a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities include stocking the stockroom and sales floor, recovering space, updating signage and pricing, restocking merchandise, assisting with merchandise moves, and delivering friendly customer service to drive sales goals. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, operational excellence, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meet daily sales goal challenges

- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture; adapt to changing priorities; work well in a team
- Essential physical requirements: talking, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, climbing ladders, etc.
