Job Summary
Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague responsible for inventory accuracy, receiving merchandise, packing, processing trailers, curbside order delivery, and supporting Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) initiatives. Engages with customers to resolve issues, enhances the shopping experience, and helps keep the stockroom and sales floor organized. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, operate a cash register, and work with a team to meet daily sales goals and deliver exceptional hospitality and service.
