Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently. Prioritize truck deliveries and organize back stock rotation for easy replenishment. Engage customers to maintain an excellent experience and ensure the store remains clean and organized. Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Communicate priorities with the Coordinator on Duty and address labor law compliance. Uphold safety awareness, support shrink reduction goals, and promote credit and loyalty programs. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation

- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
