Job Summary
Retail Front End Team Leader leading the front-end operation of the new Tallahassee Ollie’s store, building and directing a sales team, mentoring associates, managing payroll budgets and reporting, coordinating donation programs (Ollie’s Army), conducting monthly safety meetings, assisting with hiring and scheduling, supporting merchandising and pricing updates, and handling opening/closing duties to ensure strong customer service and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
