Job Summary
The Front End Team Leader is responsible for leading the front-end operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing a passionate sales team. Key responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, overseeing store standards, organizing office areas, providing training and development for associates, and maintaining compliance with operational expectations. The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and at least 1-2 years of supervisory retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years retail experience in a supervisory role within a mid-size to large retail or service-oriented business.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and Associates.
- Must have a valid state issued license.
