Job Summary
Lead the front-end operations for Ollie’s new Dayton store: oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards; drive associate productivity and daily task assignments; manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting; provide leadership on donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-ups; lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions; assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store Associates; support merchandising execution and ensure timely pricing updates; perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
