Job Summary
Greet every customer as they enter, exit, or approach the front end while operating the cash register accurately. Maintain store appearance, assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, and merchandising product. Answer customer questions about current promotions to drive sales and support Ollie's Army donation programs year-round. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned while working evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis. This part-time role supports our "good stuff cheap" mindset and core values of being a team player and caring for others.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
