Job Summary
Retail Customer Service - Front End Supervisor role at Micro Center. Oversees front-end operations, staffing, training, scheduling, coaching on customer service and sales presentation, and adherence to merchandising and loss-prevention standards. Manages freight flow, inventory control, office cash handling/deposits, and open/close procedures; acts as floor leader or manager-in-charge in managers’ absence; collaborates with senior management/Regional HR on human-resource issues; requires high school diploma or equivalent and retail/leadership experience; shifts include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays; compensation offered at $18-$22 per hour plus commission. Focus is on exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence in a big-box electronics retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail operations, cash handling, loss prevention, inventory control and merchandising
- Two or more years of experience in a big-box retail environment with direct accountability for achieving customer service targets, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
