Job Summary
Retail Customer Service - Front End Supervisor at Micro Center leading front-end operations, staffing, training and scheduling; coaching on customer satisfaction and appropriate sales presentation; overseeing ad sets and visual merchandising; leading freight flow and merchandise processing, inventory control and loss prevention; ensuring cash handling and office tasks are completed accurately; serving as floor leader during store-manager absence; requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in big-box retail with supervisory experience; shifts may include mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in a big-box retail environment with direct accountability for achieving customer service targets, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
- Experience in retail operations, cash handling, loss prevention, inventory control and merchandising
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
