Job Summary
Oversee all Club Services and Front-End operations by acting as an expert department leader and providing input on operational and merchandising decisions to drive sales and elevate the customer experience. Execute the Experience Game Plan, manage product conversion processes, and handle store returns and checkouts while adhering to merchandise standards. Perform basic club repair duties including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft adjustments, manage the G&T App, retrieve BOPIS orders, and process trade-ins. Direct on-floor work assignments, conduct weekly department walks to create worklists, and ensure all areas, equipment, and supplies remain clean and operational. Open and close the store independently, managing cash handling, deposits, and customer escalations while enforcing loss prevention policies and brand standards.

- Retail experience
