Job Summary
Oversee all Club Services and Front-End operations by acting as an expert in assigned departments, providing input on merchandising decisions, and executing the Experience Game Plan. Manage daily tasks including basic club repairs, G&T App Management, BOPIS order retrieval, trade-in processing, and equipment maintenance while maintaining premiere stock levels and visual standards. Direct on-floor work assignments, train Associates, and conduct weekly department walks with the Sales and Service Manager to evaluate business state and create worklists. Open and close the store independently, handling cash procedures, customer escalations, and loss prevention compliance to ensure inventory accuracy and safety. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.
Required Qualifications

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Ability to communicate expectations and standards to execute Company programs
- Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
- Skills to manage conflict, lead conflict resolution and hold others accountable
- Ability to quickly learn business acumen with appropriate training
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to ensure that resources are properly allocated to meet objectives
- Ability to lead by example and, through daily actions, enforce a high standard of Customer service
- Ability to lead with a Servant Leadership approach
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Ability to work a flexible work week
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs
