Job Summary
Oversee all Club Services and Front-End operations by acting as an expert department leader who provides input to the Sales and Service Manager on sales and customer experience. Execute the Experience Game Plan, product conversion processes, and merchandise standards while managing returns, checkouts, and trade-ins. Perform hands-on duties including basic club repairs, G&T App Management, BOPIS order retrieval, and equipment maintenance. Direct on-floor work assignments, conduct weekly department walks, and ensure all areas remain clean, organized, and operational. Open and close the store independently, handling cash procedures, customer escalations, and loss prevention compliance. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications

- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb up and down a ladder
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Ability to work a flexible work week
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs
