Job Summary
Leads the frontline to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drives customer loyalty. Trains and mentors Associates on frontline execution of register transactions, maintains cash controls, and ensures merchandising and housekeeping standards. Coordinates breaks and assigns registers to optimize frontline coverage. Supports policy adherence, loss prevention, and safety; communicates feedback and company initiatives to Associates; collaborates across multiple store areas as needed; available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
