Retail Freight Team Leader

Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the receiving area by planning, unloading, checking in, and supporting the merchandising of distribution shipments. Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments while managing effective freight flow to maintain a safe, orderly dock and exterior. Direct the work of other Associates to ensure accurate processing of outbound transfers and fixtures, acting as Manager on Duty for store opening and closing tasks. Maintain back stock and manage the disposition of damaged goods to minimize profit loss. Requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
