Job Summary
Plan, organize, and control store operations 30 days out by building workforce approaches and aligning on daily assignments, game plans, and store events. Strategically leverage teammates to ensure brand standards, programs, and processes are executed daily while delegating tasks based on priority. Assist store leadership with general supervision, including opening and closing, front end functions, and firearms sales compliance. Provide hands-on coaching to teammates on company procedures, onboarding new hires, and cross-training current staff. Uphold merchandising standards, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Create an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and treated with respect.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 50 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 70 lbs.+ items intermittently (up to 15 times per hour) with assistance and/or the use of manual lifting equipment, e.g., pallet jack, dolly, etc.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
