Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations under Assistant Store Manager guidance, including opening/closing, front-end functions, and firearm sales compliance. Plan and control 30-day workforce schedules, delegate tasks based on priority, and execute brand standards through merchandising, signage, and inventory replenishment. Coach teammates on procedures, lead in-store interviews, and build trust by connecting with every employee to foster a people-first culture. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while delivering a hassle-free shopping experience. Requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 50 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 70 lbs.+ items intermittently (up to 15 times per hour) with assistance and/or the use of manual lifting equipment, e.g., pallet jack, dolly, etc.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
