Job Summary
Fragrance RSS Colleague at Macy’s provides professional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, contributes to department success, handles inventory duties, and participates in pre-selling and sales-driving events. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service to both digital and physical customers, demonstrating fragrance usage, coordinating with inventory leadership, attending product training, ensuring stock presentation and replenishment, processing receipts and RTVs, maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to asset protection and hygiene standards, and supporting a collaborative, inclusive team culture while maintaining dependable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse groups
- Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with computers and cash register systems
