Job Summary
Sell and demonstrate fragrances and related items while providing exceptional customer service to both digital and physical shoppers. Explain product use through actual application, partner with managers on inventory inaccuracies, and ensure proper stock presentation, organization, and replenishment. Process new receipts, damages, and returns to vendors, adhere to asset protection and inventory control procedures, and maintain a safe, hazard-free work area. Attend product training, participate in sales-driving events, and follow shortage programs. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for two consecutive hours, and working flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Lifting at least 50lbs.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
