Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances, explaining product use through actual or card application, and fostering authentic connections with colleagues and customers. Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager on inventory inaccuracies, ensure proper stock presentation and replenishment, and process new receipts, damages, and returns to vendors. Participate in pre-selling events to drive sales, attend product training, and adhere to asset protection and hygiene standards while maintaining a safe work environment. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours weekly, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Lifting at least 50lbs.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
