Job Summary
The Fragrance RSS Colleague provides professional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, collaborates with the Fragrance Counter Manager, participates in product training, ensures stock presentation and replenishment, and supports pre-selling and sales events. Responsibilities include handling new receipts, damages, and RTVs; maintaining a safe, compliant work environment; adhering to Asset Protection procedures; and adapting to changing priorities with a flexible retail schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
