Job Summary
The Fragrance RSS Colleague role focuses on providing professional service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, fulfilling requests, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, explaining and demonstrating fragrance usage, partnering with managers on inventory and stock accuracy, attending product training, ensuring proper presentation and replenishment of stock, participating in pre-selling and sales events to drive sales, processing new receipts, damages, and RTVs, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to asset protection and hygiene standards, and maintaining dependable attendance and punctuality. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience, with a flexible schedule to meet retail hours.
