Job Summary
Sell and demonstrate fragrances and related items while ensuring proper presentation, organization, and replenishment of stock. Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager on inventory inaccuracies, process new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors, and maintain a hazard-free work area. Attend product training seminars, adhere to asset protection and inventory control procedures, and drive sales through pre-selling events. Maintain compliance with hygiene standards, shortage programs, and all safety requirements while providing exceptional service to digital and physical customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Ability to stoop, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Color vision
- Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
