Job Summary
Fragrance Team Leader role at Macy's Joliet store: responsible for driving fragrance sales and delivering customer service, developing and motivating a team, partnering with managers and vendors to execute store events, training new hires, and coaching staff to meet sales goals. Requires leadership experience, strong communication, vendor collaboration, brand/product knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset to build loyalty and execute the marketing calendar.
