Job Summary
Lead the Fragrance Counter team by setting a positive example through expert product knowledge, personalized consultations, and driving a high-energy selling culture. Review daily sales goals, stay updated on new launches and beauty trends, and ensure testers, signage, and displays meet brand standards. Collaborate with vendors to execute events and product launches, while resolving customer concerns and acquiring new clients through loyalty outreach. Maintain a pristine, shoppable space and support your team with coaching to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must be able to: Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform: Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform: Lifting at least 25lbs.
- Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform: Reaching, including above eye level

- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred
