Job Summary
Lead the Fragrance Counter team by setting a positive example, greeting customers with genuine hospitality, and ensuring testers are clean, well-stocked, and displays reflect brand standards. Drive sales performance through personalized consultations, client outreach, and follow-up while collaborating with vendors to execute events and product launches. Analyze daily to annual sales results to implement strategies that grow business and improve results, resolving customer concerns with a customer-first approach. Maintain a pristine, shoppable space by managing merchandising updates, hygiene, and stock replenishment throughout the day. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours per week with flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Must be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.
- Must be able to stoop, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Must be able to reach, including above eye level
- Must have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Must be able to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate flexibility, sound judgment, and a passion for the beauty industry
