Job Summary
Fragrance Sales Associate responsibilities include creating a warm, welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service, offering personalized fragrance recommendations that reflect customers’ style and preferences, educating customers on notes and layering techniques, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. You will engage customers, build relationships, drive sales, and collaborate with the Beauty team to ensure customers discover the full range of products and services. Responsibilities also include merchandising, inventory upkeep, using point-of-sale and clienteling tools, meeting daily sales goals, and contributing to a positive shopping experience through hospitality and product expertise.
Required Qualifications
