Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, offer personalized fragrance recommendations, and demonstrate products to build lasting relationships. Engage shoppers with tailored advice on notes and layering while driving sales through loyalty programs and clienteling tools. Maintain a shoppable floor by merchandising new arrivals, processing damages, and updating signs and pricing. Use point-of-sale technology to streamline transactions and ensure hygiene and compliance standards are met. Work full-time hours of 30 or more weeks, including weekends and holidays, with flexible scheduling dependent on business needs.
Required Qualifications

- Drive sales and loyalty by using clientele tools to build lasting relationships, promote new launches and events, and collaborate across the Beauty team to ensure customers discover the full range of products and services
- Maintain a polished and efficient environment through accurate merchandising, inventory upkeep, hygiene and compliance standards, and the effective use of point-of-sale and mobile selling technology
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized and shoppable space, leveraging clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing training and vendor education
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Meeting and surpassing daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
