Job Summary
Beauty Brand Expert Leader at Macy’s responsible for delivering exceptional customer consultations and expert product knowledge for the Maison Francis Kurkdjian fragrance line. Lead and coach team members, build client relationships through clienteling, educate customers on brand launches, and collaborate with store leadership and vendor partners to execute brand strategies, events, and training. Maintain brand standards in merchandising and stock replenishment, drive sales and loyalty program adoption, review sales performance data, and stay informed on trends to support team education and store results.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to train and coach team members
- Knowledge of beauty trends and new product launches
- Ability to analyze sales performance and implement strategies
- English literacy for policies and safety procedures
