Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and expert product knowledge; build lasting client relationships and drive growth through client development and outreach; analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance and implement strategies to improve results; plan and execute in-store and vendor-led events to drive traffic; maintain brand standards through merchandising, hygiene, and stock replenishment; collaborate with vendors, stylists, and store leadership to optimize outcomes; stay informed on launches and trends to support team education; acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits; maintain a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment with strong judgment and beauty-industry passion.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
