Job Summary
Lead the Beauty team by delivering exceptional customer service through personalized consultations, driving sales, and executing clienteling strategies to foster loyalty. Maintain brand standards by ensuring testers are stocked, displays reflect current trends, and merchandising aligns with vendor and store leadership directives. Analyze daily, weekly, and seasonal sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement targeted strategies. Plan and execute in-store and vendor-led events to drive traffic, while resolving customer concerns professionally. Collaborate with personal stylists and peers to optimize outcomes and support team education on new launches and beauty trends. Work full-time hours (30+ weeks) in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and physical stamina.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must be able to: Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform: Standing for at least two consecutive hours
