Job Summary
Greet customers with genuine hospitality, conduct personalized beauty consultations, and drive sales through clienteling and loyalty outreach. Maintain shoppable spaces by ensuring testers are clean, stock is replenished, and displays meet brand standards while supporting merchandising updates. Analyze daily sales data to identify growth opportunities, execute in-store and vendor-led events, and coach fellow Beauty Advisors on product knowledge and service excellence. Resolve customer concerns professionally and model collaboration to foster team success in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 25lbs.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching, including above eye level
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred
