Job Summary
The Retail Food & Bev Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-stocked foodservice area in a United Dairy Farmers store. Key responsibilities include executing food safety protocols, preparing food items following standard operating procedures, providing exceptional guest service, managing the point-of-sale system, maintaining product organization, and ensuring compliance with company policies regarding food safety and guest interaction. Qualifications include effective communication in English, the ability to operate store equipment, handle financial transactions, and withstand varying temperature conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins and currency transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers and count
- Ability to move merchandise
- Ability to clean surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to temperature extremes
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place a package weighing 21 pounds into a cabinet
