Job Summary
The Retail Food and Beverage Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area, executing foodservice operational standards, and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations. Key responsibilities include providing outstanding guest service, preparing foodservice items, managing inventory, and training other associates. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English, handle sales transactions, maintain cleanliness throughout the foodservice areas, and comply with state food safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English effectively
- Ability to become Food Safety certified
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions and make change
- Ability to recognize numbers and do arithmetic for record-keeping
- Ability to move merchandise for proper display
- Ability to tolerate exposure to low temperatures and raise weights as specified
