Job Summary
The Retail Food and Beverage Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and stocked foodservice area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and effectively assisting in guest services. Essential duties include preparing food items following standard operating procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization of foodservice areas, training associates, operating the POS system, and ensuring guest satisfaction through outstanding service. Candidates must possess effective communication skills, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to handle cash transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to become Food Safety certified
- Ability to see and operate store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, and coupons
- Ability to recognize numbers and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to displays
- Ability to clean counters and other surfaces
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift and carry specified weights
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales under state laws
