Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Lead is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area, including knowledge of foodservice programs and product offerings. They assist associates with foodservice sales, provide outstanding customer service, and follow company policies for safe operation. Key duties include preparing food items, maintaining product stock, ensuring food safety through cleanliness and temperature logs, managing guest services, operating the POS system, and performing maintenance tasks in the store. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively, handle cash transactions, and work in various temperature conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to become Food Safety certified
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks
- Ability to recognize numbers and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to display
- Ability to clean counters and surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to low temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place packages into cabinets
